DEFENDERS is a transnational Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnership in Vocational Education and Training that promotes innovation, digital transformation, and cybersecurity awareness in VET institutions.
The project responds to the urgent need to bridge the cybersecurity skills gap in vocational education, where traditional curricula often struggle to keep pace with emerging threats and technologies. DEFENDERS empowers VET providers to integrate up-to-date cybersecurity training, while supporting instructors with pedagogical tools and digital resources to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
By combining curriculum development, capacity building, and applied learning activities, DEFENDERS strengthens institutional readiness and fosters a lasting cybersecurity culture within vocational education.
